Simply select your Wireless Straightening Comb, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase is successful.

We process orders quickly to ensure your GlamAndGlow arrives as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@glamandglow.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has reached the "fulfilled" status in our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

We strive to get your styling tools to you as fast as possible.

  • Processing: 1–3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your package heads out our doors.

Don't worry! It sometimes takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update their system. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, please reach out to our support team.

We want you to love your results. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your Wireless Straightening Comb, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the device must be in its original packaging and include all charging accessories.

It’s simple. Just email us at returns@glamandglow.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

We take great pride in our quality, but if your comb arrives with any issues, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a photo of the defect, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
